E&S Performance can ship to virtually any address in the world however; online orders can only be placed for customers in the United States. International orders can be placed through our Customer Service department at 1-855-384-2590. There are some products that cannot be shipped to international destinations. See our Shipping Restrictions section below for more information.
Delivery of your order is subject to item availability, warehouse location and the shipping method selected for the order. When the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the address on file. Most In-Stock orders are shipped within 48 hours.
The following is a list of the several types of availability for items on our site.
In-Stock: Item is on hand in at least one distribution center, and we expect to be able to prepare this item for shipment within 48 hours (depending on the shipment method you choose). Please Note: In-Stock items often enter the shipping process immediately, so it is difficult to change an order containing in-stock items. When ordering such items, please double-check the details of your order before submitting it. Most In-Stock orders will ship within 48 hours.
Available to Ship In xxx: Item is currently not in stock at our warehouses, but it is available from the manufacturer. If you place an order, we will send you an e-mail with the expected delivery date as soon as we have that information.
Factory Ship: Item will ship directly from the Manufacturer. Shipping estimates are determined by their inventory and order processing schedule.
No Longer Available to Buy: Item has been discontinued and is no longer available to purchase.
We will inform you by email if any items in your order prove to be unavailable.
Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click the “Place Your Order” button and receive email confirmation that we've received your order.
Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including product availability, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and the availability time listed on a product's detail page.

E&S Performance and its' Delivery Companies observe the following Holidays:
Standard Ground: In stock products will ship within 48 hours and will arrive in the standard number of transit days from our Distribution Centers or the manufacturer. Holidays will increase the time of delivery since our distribution centers are closed and most carriers are not delivering.
Next Day Air: Products will arrive the next business day after the Order is shipped. Orders must be placed by 1:00 P.M. EST and products must be In Stock. Next day deliveries can be delivered Monday through Friday. Please note that warehouses and freight companies may be closed for National Holidays and this may impact the Next Day Air service. Next Day Air is not available for most Direct Ship items; please contact Customer Service for availability.
Second Day Air: Products will arrive two business days after the Order is shipped. Orders must be placed by 1:00 P.M. EST and item/items ordered must be In Stock. Second Day deliveries can be delivered Monday through Friday. Please note that warehouses and freight companies may be closed for National Holidays and this may impact the Second Day Air service. Second Day Air is not available for most Direct Ship items; please contact Customer Service for availability.
LTL Ground: Your order will ship within 48 hours and will arrive in the standard number of transit days from our Distribution Centers or the manufacturer. LTL (Less Than a Load) shipments are for orders exceeding 200 pounds and may require a scheduled delivery and/or additional services such as lift-gate and inside delivery.
LTL Ground with Liftgate Service: Your order will ship within 48 hours and will arrive in the standard number of transit days from our Distribution Centers or the manufacturer. LTL (Less Than a Load) shipments with lift-gate service are for orders exceeding 200 pounds and require a scheduled delivery with offloading assistance. Our carriers offer a lift-gate service for those who are unable to assist with offloading of their purchase at delivery. The standard freight tractor-trailer trucks don't have lift-gates, so your order will be transferred to a smaller truck with a lift-gate. This will get your order to the ground behind the truck, at which point you will need to have a hand truck, dolly, or assistance with delivering the product inside your building.
What is liftgate service?
A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground so that you can take it inside your business or home. The truck driver will place your order on the ground using the liftgate and you are responsible for bringing it inside. If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload your items from the truck, you will need a liftgate. The charge for the liftgate is $75.00 but additional fees will apply if a liftgate is added after placing the order.
Some items like large 3 door refrigerators or very long pizza prep tables may be too large or heavy for a lift gate and will require a truck-level loading dock.
What is Inside Delivery?
Inside delivery is when the driver brings the shipped items from the truck to the entrance of your building. Generally this means the items will be brought inside the front or back door – for example, a lobby or back room. Inside delivery does not include delivery down a hallway or up/down steps. The Driver will not unpack, in any way, to make the load accessible into the building.
The charge for Inside Delivery is $75.00 but additional fees will apply if inside delivery is added after placing the order.
Shipping rates for orders from E&S Performance depend upon the shipping method, delivery address, dimensions and weight of the package. The weight of any such item can be found on its product detail page.
The freight charge is applied only one time. There is no additional freight charge for backorder shipments. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Inside Delivery and Lift-gate Services are available for larger orders at an additional freight charge. Please contact Customer Service at 1-855-384-2590 if your order will require these services.

Our fulfillment: To serve our customers more efficiently, E&S Performance has multiple distribution centers located across the United States. These centers often house different products. Depending on where inventory is available, part of an order may ship from a separate warehouse.
Items requiring special shipping and handling: Items that require special shipping and handling, such as items that are oversize, crated or shipped on a pallet, will be subject to an additional fee for delivery.
Factory / Direct shipments: Some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer and will not be included with those that ship from our distribution centers.
Free Shipping applies to an order that exceeds $400 before tax and handling charges. The order must ship Ground to a single address and to customers within the continental United States, except as noted below. The Free Shipping promotion does not apply to our National Chain/Contract business accounts.
The Free Shipping offer excludes all special order items, custom manufactured items, and items shipped directly from a manufacturer. The Free Shipping offer excludes customers in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Protectorates, and international orders.
We reserve the right to select the shipping method on all free shipments. Orders weighing over 150 lbs may be shipped via common carrier.
The Free Shipping offer includes shipping of qualified orders from dock to dock or curbside. Free Shipping does not include additional services such as inside delivery, lift-gate delivery or express delivery. If you require any of those additional services, additional fees will be assessed prior to shipment.
You can click on the tracking number to obtain the status of your shipment. If you don't see any tracking information for your shipment and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.
Orders shipped via a traceable method such as FedEx or UPS, will have tracking information available your order history. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:
Tracking information indicates the package has been delivered: Please check with your family members or neighbors. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors or building managers, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
Tracking information indicates the package is undeliverable: If the package is being returned to us or if the delivery address is incorrect, please contact us.
No tracking information available: If you can't locate any tracking or delivery information about your package, please contact us. Please confirm the correct shipping address when writing to us about lost packages.
If you ordered a Factory Ship item, the order will be fulfilled by a E&S Performance manufacturer and the estimated shipping time frame will be listed on the account detail page. If you do not receive your shipment within the expected time frame please contact Customer Service at 1-855-384-2590.
Hazardous Materials and Food Items cannot be shipped to certain address, like Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories based on the transportation method needed to deliver the order. If you would like to ship one of these items, please contact Customer Service at 1-855-384-2590 to ensure that there are no issues with the delivery of your order.

E&S Performance does not accept or ship orders to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.
In some cases, airports may require special clearance to restricted areas or a scheduled delivery with advanced notice. Please contact Customer Service at 1-855-384-2590 if you need assistance with an Airport delivery.
IMPORTANT! - Inspect all packages for damage or shortages immediately upon delivery. In the event that there is either visible or concealed damage, simply accept the package, but have a notation made on the carrier delivery receipt. In order to file a damage claim, our Customer Service department must then be contacted within 48 hrs.
NOTE - The carriers require that the original box and packaging material be retained. No claim can be filed without them.
