This stainless steel pump dispenses larger portions of thick dressings and thicker sauces from a 1/6-size pan in a food table. A full portion for this model is 2 oz and can be reduced to serve 1 3/4, 1 1/2 and 1 1/4 oz with the included portion collars. Pan is sold separately.
