This True® sandwich and salad refrigerated prep table is ADA compliant. It features a self‐contained, capillary tube system that uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for zero ozone depletion potential and three global warming potential. The patented forced‐air design holds 33°F to 41°F product temperature in food pans and cabinet interior.

Two (2) swing doors are self‐closing with 90 degree stay open feature
