This is Edlund's most popular line of all stainless portion control scales. The newly designed all stainless steel construction allows for dishwasher safe cleaning without the need to disassemble the scale. The DF‐2 fixed dial standard mechanical scale is part of the Premier Series. The DF‐2 comes with a 6" x 6‐3/4" stainless steel platform with a capacity of 32 oz x 1/4 oz.
