This Coolit-Rite™ digital water resistant cooling validator helps you comply with HACCP food safety guidelines which state that food must be cooled to 40°F or lower in less than four hours after cooking or hot holding. It features a programmable timer that tracks elapsed cooling time and a thermometer that checks the current food temperature. The timer switches to counting up once the temperature drops below 41°For the programmed time has expired, and the screen maintains the final temperature until cleared. This unit has a temperature range of -4°F to 302°F and a timer range of up to 6 hours and 59 minutes, plus it includes an adjustable vessel clip.
