This Thermalloy® fry pan is a great tool for making omelets or sauteing. The aluminum bottom provides fast, even heat distribution and the durable stainless steel construction resists warping even with daily use in busy restaurants. For best results, Thermalloy® stainless steel cookware should be pre‐seasoned prior to use. Pre‐seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears. Turn off heat and allow pan to cool and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
