This Southbend salamander broiler is made of durable, dent‐resistant stainless steel. The large cooking surface can handle large food items and the four natural gas radiant burners have separate controls for precise control of each burner. An air‐insulated shield helps prevent the broiler from overheating. There is a removable grease drip tray for easy clean‐up and it also has two removable broiler racks that can adjusted in five different positions.
